Paul Warshauer has devoted forty years of his life to theatre and real estate. Mr. Warshauer has a wide range of experience in theatre programming, grant writing, operations, and real-estate development. He is a writer, director, and producer and is noted for creating over 140 Murder Mysteries across the US. Warshauer was raised by his paternal grandparents. Ben and his wife Libby Warshauer were pioneers in the parking industry from 1929 so Paul has “cement is in his veins.” That company is now Standard Parking. (NASDAQ: STAN) Paul attended Northwestern University in Chicago and graduated from California State University with degrees in theatre, English and speech. He was a teacher with 8 years of classroom experience in California, Oregon, and Illinois. As Chairman and CEO of the Grande Venues, Paul also sits at the head of many organizations, companies, and not-for-profit Boards of Directors
