In November 2003, the Board of Directors of the GIC retained GVI for consulting and programming services. GVI created an extensive pro forma for operations for a one year period in anticipation of a major $4-8 million restoration and renovation.

GVI hired a staff of 15, presented concerts, plays, programs for children, Cub Scout dinners, movies, and Murder Mysteries, GVI also rented space for Chamber of Commerce events and for hundreds of teen band concerts.
