2010: Wishek City Hall
GVI was hired by the Wishek Heritage Society to do a study and Feasibility Study to save the former Wishek City Hall in Wishek, North Dakota. GVI performed a three day seminar on preservation and suggested ownership strategies to capitalize on Federal Historic Tax Credits.  Negotiations are on going with the City to purchase the historic structure listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
