Specific Products and Services
1. The GVI Arts Assessment®. This is an comprehensive assessment of the potential users and audience members for the target audience. The price ranges from $5,000 - $12,500, depending on the size of the theatre and scope of design.
2. Business Consulting. This service is based on a contract for a specific number of hours. Fees include travel and per diems. This is the second step after the Arts Assessment.
3. Development Contract. GVI will, for a qualified client, enter into agreements to develop the property or properties in question.
4. Acquisition. On rare occasions, GVI will purchase a property or properties outright and operate the theatre and commercial development. There is a greater likelihood of GVI teaming up with a major local developer to maximize efficiency and profits.
